I travel to Paris, France often to paint "en plein air" (in the open air on location), even on a rainy day!  This view overlooks the Pont des Arts and Eiffel tower on the Seine.  Its soft blues, grays, pinks, greens and brown, painted in the impressionistic style, will enhance any decor.
