I travel to Paris, France often to paint en plein air and get inspiration for my studio works.  One of my favorite spots is overlooking the Louvre and the Pont Neuf bridge on the Seine. This original oil, with its rich impasto, and monochromatic grays and whites, presents as a modern take on a familiar scene.
